Cancellation Policy
At Smile By Design, we want to offer the best service we can, and we value each and every patient’s time. For this reason, we kindly request 48 business hours advanced notice if you can’t make your scheduled appointment date or time. If no advanced notice is given and the appointment is missed, there will be a cancellation/no-show fee of $75.
